Hiring for MNCs Direct Payroll (Permanent Position). Position Name: Software developer- Manager Job Location:- Bhandup Mumbai Experiences: 8+yrs Budget:- 20 LPA Max Education:- IT Graduate Job Purpose :- - Manage and control all projects for the assigned internal customer/ function - Own the solution delivery (from development to testing to systems integration) and be ultimately - responsible for the delivery of the project - Ensuring uptime of the system in production / operations and adhere to performance SLAs Skills:- - Strong experience in backend development using -Java or Dot.net Application - 8 to 10 years of overall experience in software development - Design, implement, and manage real-time data streaming solutions - Handle large-scale message processing for surveillance use cases in the trading or Securities domain. - Monitor system performance and ensure applications are running smoothly in a real-time setting. - Strong Analytical Skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making - Structuring & Modelling Skills - Technical expertise / knowledge of the business and the products used by them - Understanding of the Exchange operations and business - Project Delivery managements Job Responsibilities - Interacting directly with the business analyst and/or operational teams in order to understand their needs and issues. Providing business and technical solutions to existing problems / requirements and enhance customer satisfaction on a continuous basis. - Conducting Impact analysis, delivery approach, periodic code reviews, coordinating with development teams, own the delivery of development and project end to end. Handling production issues and resolutions for the same. - Coordinating and handling production issues and ensure to keep the uptime as defined for production systems - Timely status reporting, following SOP guidelines for Technology - Coordinating with Testing team, resolving queries with regards to requirement, technical solutioning, designs and resolving queries while testing - Budgeting and estimation of resources and time for each project delivery. Time sheet approvals. - Spawning special projects for cost, technology optimizations, end of life systems, migrations, conducting POC and necessary approvals - Compliance to Audit, Internal as well as SEBI - Stakeholder management, internal cross departments, SEBI and TAC - Self-Performance appraisal and conducting reviews .
