About the Role: Must Have Technical Competencies Hands-on experience in any RPA platforms like UiPath/ Blue Prism/ Automation Anywhere/ Selenium/ Playwright/ Test Automation/ Java Development Robust skills in Core Java, JavaScript, Web Services, APIs, Databases, and SQL Experience in solution design, code reviews, system integration, and technical documentation Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and automation best practices Must Have Non-Technical Competencies Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead and mentor a team of 5 8 members Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong ownership, planning, and delivery management skill Outstanding leaderships skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of automation projects. Review requirements and create scalable technical solutions. Ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to coding standards. Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting. Track and review project deliverables including requirements, design, code, testing, and issue resolution. Mentor team members and provide technical guidance. Participate in customer discussions, solution demonstrations, and project reviews. Support effort estimation, planning, and project execution. Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (B.E., B.Tech., BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc.) 5+ years of experience in RPA, Automation, Software Development, or Test Automation projects Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
