Head IT ,Infrastructure & Systems for ISP based at Mumbai

Job Description: The Head of IT, Infrastructure & Systems is responsible for managing and optimizing the companys entire IT ecosystem including infrastructure, enterprise applications, business support systems (BSS), operational support systems (OSS), cybersecurity, and IT governance. This role ensures business continuity, scalability of IT platforms, and strong alignment between technology and business needs. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Management Oversee data centers, servers, storage, cloud (public/hybrid), and enterprise network environments. Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness. BSS/OSS Platform Leadership Lead the design, deployment, and management of key systems: CRM, billing, service provisioning, ticketing, network inventory, etc. Collaborate with network teams to ensure seamless integration and automation. Enterprise Systems & Internal Tools Manage ERP , collaboration tools and internal portals. Support analytics and reporting systems that enable business intelligence and strategic decision-making. Cyber security & Compliance Own cyber security frameworks, endpoint protection, firewalls and incident response protocols. Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, data protection laws and internal audit requirements. IT Governance, Asset & Vendor Management Define and enforce IT policies, change management processes, and asset lifecycle tracking. Manage technology vendors, contracts, renewals, and procurement cycles. Team Leadership & User Support Lead IT support, infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and developers. Ensure responsive and customer-oriented IT support with clear SLAs for internal users. .
