Description Grade M4 Business Analytics/Intelligence Job description Analytical interventions required to increase market share of the ETB customer segments by also managing the risk and building marketing analytics strategy proposals Actively work with Risk & Policy counterparts to design segments to Pre-approve using proprietary risk scorecards, customer transaction data and external data sources Implement risk management strategies while also driving business growth- manage portfolio performance and risk regularly Drive business key KPIs on Upsell and Cross-sell; by optimising segment level offering using right pricing models Design Decision Tree or Regression Models to identify better/worse performing segments Create reports and dashboards on portfolio performance for consumption of senior leadership team Stakeholder management and networking across analytics team counterparts required to build and implement strategies Should be able to collaborate with Data engineering teams/Product management to implement and launch recent technology and AI based solutions for driving business growth and also data management Skills Required: Prior experience of working in credit risk, portfolio analytics and cross- sell analytics profile desired. Should have hand-on experience on contemporary analytics tech stacks: SAS, Python, R and Agentic AI flow creation MBA/M.Tech or BE in Computer Science, Masters from Tier I colleges like IIT/NIT/IIMs/JBIMS/MDI/NMIMS/IIFT etc. .

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
