SAP FICO Consultant L3

Job Description: Key Responsibilities Provide L3 (Level 3) support for SAP FICO incidents and problem management. Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes. Configure and support FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA). Handle change requests (CRs), enhancements, and minor implementations. Support S/4HANA Finance processes including Universal Journal and Margin Analysis. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure strong FI-CO integration with MM, SD, PP, PM, and Treasury. Participate in blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support. Support data migration, master data governance, and cutover activities. Work closely with L1/L2 teams and provide mentoring and knowledge transfer. Prepare functional documentation and SOPs. Support audit, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PC, CO-PA). Experience in L3 production support and implementations. Exposure to S/4HANA migration and Universal Journal (ACDOCA). Good understanding of business finance processes and integrations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. .
