Roles & Responsibilities As a ZSM - Inside Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and managing the inside sales team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the inside sales team to achieve overall sales targets. - Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solar rooftop solutions. - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates. - Training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. - Monitoring team performance metrics and providing regular feedback for improvements. - Coordinating with the marketing team to align sales objectives with marketing campaigns. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape within the solar energy sector. - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
