Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end B2B business for the city, driving revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable business growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives, ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution. Monitor sales performance using pipeline reviews, forecasting, productivity metrics, and performance dashboards. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards across the city. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution. Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, inventory availability, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities. Drive superior customer experience and ensure high service standards across the city. Who We're Looking For Graduate or Postgraduate with 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or city/regional sales management. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing city-level business operations. Strong understanding of P&L management, business planning, and commercial decision-making. Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in interpreting sales data and performance metrics. Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build long-term customer relationships. .
