Overview We are seeking passionate and driven Test Analysts who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. The role involves designing, preparing, and executing testing activities across enterprise-scale application landscapes. Candidates with prior experience in superannuation, insurance, or financial systems will have a significant advantage Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus - Take ownership of end-to-end testing delivery for assigned modules, ensuring timely and high-quality execution aligned with project timelines. - Support the implementation of testing strategies, standards, and best practices within the project. - Ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements and project objectives, delivering reliable and fit-for-purpose solutions. - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities to ensure smooth and efficient test delivery. Operational Management - Execute testing across various phases, including Functional Testing, System Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing - Assist in test planning, test case design, and test execution. - Perform API using tools like Postman or Swagger or Soap UI. - Create and maintain test cases, test data, and traceability in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM. - Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools through closure. - Support testing across web and mobility platforms where required. - Work with automation tools such as Selenium (good to have). Governance Risk - Follow established testing processes, standards, and frameworks. - Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely manner. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines. Experience Personal Attributes Experience - 3+ years of experience in software testing across multiple phases (Functional, System, SIT, UAT, Regression). - Experience in financial services domains (Superannuation, Insurance, BFSI, Wealth Management) is preferred. - Solid knowledge of SQL (mandatory) for data validation and analysis. - Experience with API / Web Services testing; knowledge of Swagger/Postman/Soap UI is desirable. - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM - Basic exposure to automation tools like Selenium is an advantage. - Understanding of mobility/web application testing across devices is a plus.
