Company Description FiniteHR Consulting Pvt.Ltd Job Description The Software Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for planning and implementing the quality assurance procedures for daily, milestone and release candidate testing of the enterprise product. QA Engineer must display individual motivation and the ability to respond with innovation to new technological problems and new product possibilities. As a member of the QA team, will be responsible for automating test suites. QA Engineer will also work with current development team creating new products and enhancing existing products within the SDLC Agile methodology. Responsibilities : > Create and execute test plans/cases (manual and automated) in accordance with best practices & techniques, gather metrics, record raw data and prepare test results > Analyze system features and functionality and determining the best approach and techniques to test. > Participate in daily scrum, provide accurate and concise status, and escalate issues. > Collaborate with product owners and developers to create requirements and acceptance criteria. Qualifications Job Requirments : > 5+ years of experience delivering high quality enterprise software products > 2+ years of experience in automation scripting of web technologies, including Selenium > Demonstrated proficiency with database technologies (Microsoft SQL Server) > Must be able to work cross functionally and effectively communicate with co-workers and all levels both verbally and written > Experience in Agile software development methodology > Experience with Microsoft Azure > Experience with programming languages (C#/Ruby/Python/HTML/JavaScript) > Experience with data warehousing technologies (Microsoft BI Stack) > Experience with standard quality assurance methodologies and best practices Additional Information Skills : > Expert and proven knowledge of the quality assurance life cycle > Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are required > Must be able to routinely work with little or no supervision > Excellent analytical and problem solving ability > Ability and experience to understand user stories and acceptance criteria > Strong familiarity with Business Intelligence and Business Analytics .
