Intern ORM/Customer Support (Onsite)

Role Description Monitor customer comments, DMs, reviews & mentions across social platforms.Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely, polite and brand-friendly manner.Escalate complaints/issues to the right teams and follow up for resolution.Track recurring customer feedback and share key insights with the team.Support ORM initiatives and maintain a positive brand presence online. Qualifications Good communication and writing skills.Active understanding of Instagram and other social platforms.Empathetic, patient and comfortable handling customer conversations.Quick learner with good attention to detail.Prior experience in customer support, social media or ORM is a plus. .
