About The Role We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business development efforts across US IT staffing and domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales management. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Strategy Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation across US and domestic staffing. Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients. Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry references. Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in both the US IT staffing and domestic staffing industry. Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable staffing solutions. Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and presentations. Ensure successful onboarding and account management for new clients. Sales Operations & Reporting Track sales metrics, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts. Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in US IT Staffing and/or Domestic Staffing. Proven experience in client acquisition and end-to-end sales. Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment business models. Experience in handling teams and driving performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
