About This Job Apave International Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Work Mode: On-site Industry: Environmental Services Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inspection Services Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of global inspection activities for the oil & gas and industrial sectors. The role involves coordinating inspection assignments, managing client requirements, engaging with inspectors and third-party service providers, and ensuring timely delivery of inspection services while maintaining compliance with quality and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inspection activities for global clients across multiple projects.Plan and schedule inspection assignments with internal inspectors and third-party inspection agencies.Review client requirements and prepare inspection plans, quotations, and cost estimates.Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely project execution.Maintain a database of qualified inspection service providers and support global resource planning.Coordinate with sales, operations, and international offices to ensure seamless project delivery.Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with quality management systems and company procedures.Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, and escalations.Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Inspection Services Management team. Skills & Competencies Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.Results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.Experience in inspection coordination, project coordination, or industrial operations.Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, or oil & gas inspection services will be an advantage.Experience working in an international or global operations environment is desirable. .
