Tractor Operator We are searching for a trustworthy tractor driver to join our crew. As a tractor driver, your responsibilities will include driving tractors, completing maintenance duties, and using farm implements to plow, plant, harvest, spray pesticides, and more. You will report to the Farm Manager and should be comfortable working alone for long periods. To be successful as a tractor driver, you should have good concentration skills and excellent hand-eye coordination. Outstanding tractor drivers are detail-oriented and demonstrate strength as well as active listening skills. skills Ability to handle heavy and bulky loads safely. Knowledge of safety procedures and baggage handling. Ability to use and operate motorized vehicles such as tractors. Good coordination and communication with other team members. Adherence to deadlines and operational efficiency. Adaptability to work in varied conditions (weather, variable schedules). Responsible attitude and attention to detail to prevent any baggage issues. responsibilities Load and unload luggage, parcels, and goods onto aircraft and transportation equipment. Use motorized vehicles such as tractors to move luggage between terminals and aircraft. Follow safety and handling procedures to prevent damage to goods and ensure the safety of operations. Work in coordination with ground teams, pilots, and reception agents to ensure effective and accurate loading. Ensure the sorting and distribution of luggage according to destinations. Ensure passengers' luggage is correctly identified and directed to the appropriate aircraft.
