Improved Promotion Engine batch processing performance by reducing MongoDB and DynamoDB synchronization time from approximately 5 hours to nearly 1 hour through database tuning, indexing, and workload optimization. Build and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, Grafana, and operational dashboards. Drive cloud cost optimization by identifying idle resources, rightsizing infrastructure, deleting unused resources, and consolidating database environments. Implement database security best practices, including credential rotation, encryption, access governance, and compliance with organizational security standards.
