Job Description Export Sales Manager Industry: Ceramic / Vitrified Tiles / Porcelain Tiles Manufacturing Department: Export Sales & International Business Designation: Export Sales Manager / International Sales Manager Location: Rajkot, Gujarat. Reporting To: Director / Management Key Responsibilities Develop and grow international sales for ceramic, vitrified and porcelain tiles. Identify and develop new overseas markets, distributors, importers, dealers and project clients. Generate business through market research, online leads, references, exhibitions and international networks. Handle complete sales cycle enquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation and payment follow-up. Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual export sales targets. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, Incoterms and commercial conditions with international buyers. Monitor competitors, market prices, customer requirements and international market trends. Ensure proper follow-up from order booking to shipment and payment realization. Candidate Profile Experience: 3 years in Export Sales / International Sales. Industry Preference: Ceramic Tiles / Vitrified Tiles / Porcelain Tiles / Sanitary ware / Marble / Granite / Building Materials. Strong existing international customer/distributor network will be an advantage. Good knowledge of export procedures, international trade and documentation. Excellent English communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Strong commercial and business-development orientation. Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings and exhibitions.
