Job Description Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation. Convert medical diagnoses, procedures, and clinical information into standard medical codes. Work with ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding systems. Develop knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology and pathology. Ensure accuracy and quality while coding medical records. Follow standard coding guidelines and healthcare compliance requirements. Meet assigned quality, productivity and turnaround-time targets. Work with the training and quality teams to improve coding knowledge and accuracy. Freshers will receive appropriate training and guidance.
