Job Description LanceSoft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our energetic team. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design business applications using Pega App Studio and Pega Cosmos UI Architecture. - Provide architectural and design guidance to project teams developing solutions on the Pega platform. - Lead the implementation of large-scale product or enterprise designs as the principal architect. - Take ownership of PEGA technology proposals and project sizing. - Manage upgrades and resolve related issues, as well as perform Pega administration tasks (App Server configuration). - Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications using Pega Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools. - Oversee project scoping, planning, and delivery through iterative software development lifecycles across multiple release cycles. Qualifications: - Minimum 78 years of Pega experience with a PEGA LSA certification. - At least 3 years of implementation experience with Pega version 8. - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming and RDBMS concepts. - Basic knowledge of Core Java. - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with RDBMS tools such as PostgreSQL and Oracle. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Hands-on development experience with Pega software.
