Enterprise Product Manager (EPM)

Role: Enterprise Product Manager (EPM) Base Location: Bhopal Role Summary We are looking for product managers with experience in implementing software solutions for medium to large enterprises from inception to rollout. Key Responsibilities Requirements Shaping & Solutioning: Eliciting requirements from user community and envisioning product/solution that will best meet the need. Project Delivery: Driving end-to-end product development and implementation. Managing timelines, budget and risks, and engaging with internal stakeholders and development partners to ensure successful delivery. Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical support and mentorship to development teams, guiding them through complex enterprise solutions and integrations. Qualifications Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in requirements shaping, solutioning and software project delivery for medium to large enterprises. Hands-on experience in IT project lifecycle management, technical integrations, and enterprise application deployments. Strong understanding of product design and development methodologies such as Design thinking, Agile; Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms is desirable. Skills Requirements shaping and management. Solution envisioning and technical roadmap development. Strong project planning, organizational, and execution abilities. Effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration skills.
