Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Implementation Engineer to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will function as a technical expert across the customer lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on post-sales implementation and integrations (80%), along with selective involvement in pre-sales activities (20%). Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless deployment, integration with OEM security tools, and successful adoption of Simbians AI SOC platform across enterprise and MSSP environments. Your expertise will be crucial in demonstrating how Simbian can significantly enhance their security posture, multiply analyst capacity, and achieve superior security outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Post-Sales Implementation & Integrations Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of Simbians platform for enterprise customers and MSSPsWork closely with customer security teams to integrate Simbian with OEM tools (SIEM, XDR, EDR, IAM, Cloud, etc.)Own technical onboarding, configuration, and go-live processesDesign and implement integrations via APIs, webhooks, and connectors across customer environmentsAct as the primary technical point of contact post-salesTroubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations, deployments, and workflowsCollaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure smooth implementations and issue resolutionDrive product adoption and value realization post deployment Pre-Sales Support Partner with sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycleDeliver product demonstrations and technical presentations Support Proof of Value (POV) engagements where requiredMap customer security architecture with Simbians integration capabilities Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teamsRelay customer feedback, integration challenges, and feature requestsStay updated on cybersecurity trends, OEM ecosystem, and product enhancements Qualifications: Experience: 48 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar roles within cybersecurityMandatory: Strong hands-on experience in implementations and integrations (not just demos/pre-sales) Proven experience working with cybersecurity OEM products and ecosystemsStrong understanding of SOC workflows and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.)Hands-on experience with APIs, REST integrations, webhooks, and automation workflowsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise environmentsAbility to work with enterprise security teams and technical stakeholders Global Commitment: This role will support customers primarily from Australia through to Europe.
