Credit Manager Retention (Delhi)

Greetings from Anand Rathi Global Finance !! We are hiring for the position of Credit Retention Manager in the Credit Department. Please find the details below. Job Description for Credit Retention Profile Key Responsibilities Credit Assessment - Evaluate loan applications as per the organization's credit policy. - Analyze customer financials, income, banking, and repayment capacity. - Verify KYC, income documents, property documents, and credit bureau reports. - Conduct risk assessment and recommend approval, rejection, or deviation. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Retention & Customer Management - Follow up with customers whose files are pending or likely to be cancelled. - Understand customer concerns and resolve issues to improve loan conversion. - Coordinate with Sales, DSAs, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Business teams for faster processing. - Retain customers by explaining product features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements. - Work on reducing customer drop-offs (Top of the Funnel to Bottom of the Funnel conversion). Portfolio Monitoring - Track pending login files and sanction cases. - Monitor loan pipeline and ensure timely disbursement. - Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for credit decisions. - Ensure quality of the loan portfolio while meeting business targets. MIS & Reporting - Prepare daily MIS on login, sanction, rejection, retention, and disbursement. - Track customer follow-ups and pending cases. - Analyze rejection reasons and recommend corrective actions.
