Key Responsibilities & Competencies Lead Management & Conversion: Actively engage with home loan leads generated through internal channels (platform, CRM, partner inputs) and convert them into completed loan applications. Customer Engagement: Contact and consult customers along their home loan journey, proactively addressing inquiries, offering clear guidance, and clarifying product details. Product Recommendation: Leverage a strong understanding of various home loan products and features to help customers select the optimal financial solutions. Documentation Support: Ensure precise and complete collection of required financial documents, providing clear instructions to applicants to ensure successful submissions. Internal Coordination: Work closely with credit assessment, underwriting, and operations teams to facilitate application flow and minimize overall processing time. Follow-up & Tracking: Perform timely follow-ups for missing documents, provide application status updates, and clear customer queries efficiently. Target Achievement & CRM Reporting: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan conversion targets while maintaining accurate activity records in the CRM. Customer Satisfaction: Deliver a smooth customer experience to foster strong relationships and build opportunities for repeat or referral business. Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Com or a Finance-related degree is preferred. Experience: 24 years of experience in sales, preferably within home loans, mortgages, banking, financial services, NBFCs, or proptech environments. Prior experience in converting internal home loan leads is a strong plus. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM tools and basic sales or loan processing systems.
