This includes the ability to write manual test cases and develop, execute and analyse the automation test suites for the regression of all applications. S/he should assist in the development of test strategies for manual and automation testing to ensure applications meet requirements. The candidate should be self-motivated, creative and proactive. S/he must also demonstrate the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, and diverse technologies. Roles and Responsibilities Assist by creating automated scripts after manual validation and help improve the automation coverage. Perform functional, integration, regression and end to end testing for web and mobile applications. Knowledge of database queries to perform back-end testing. Develop, execute and maintain test cases and test scripts based on stories and business/technical documents. Document, track and manage defects in JIRA. Establish and maintain traceability of requirements through test cases to improve test coverage. Collaborate with QA manager and team to improve QA procedures and approaches. Requirements Technical knowledge and experience are basic requirement for this kind of role. QA Engineer that has a passion for software quality and has in-depth knowledge of the latest quality assurance and quality control procedures and practices in software development. You will be working closely with developers and responsible for creating and executing test plans used to ensure high levels of quality for complex applications including hardware, web and mobile. Overall, 3+ years of QA experience with at least 1-2 years of actual experience with Selenium. Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools. Experience with SDLC and Agile/ Scrum. An understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product. Analytical skills. Decision making ability. Attention to details.
