We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SECOPS (Security Operations) Developer/Consultant with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations modules, integrations, workflows, and ITSM processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SECOPS solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow Security Operations modules including: Vulnerability Response (VR) Security Incident Response (SIR) Threat Intelligence Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, and integrations. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools such as: Qualys Tenable Rapid7 Splunk CrowdStrike Work closely with security teams to automate incident response and vulnerability remediation processes. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations. Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for security operations. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot platform and integration issues. Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. Required Skills 4 to 7 years of overall ServiceNow development experience. Robust experience in ServiceNow SECOPS modules: Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) Threat Intelligence Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM. Strong scripting knowledge: JavaScript Glide API Flow Designer IntegrationHub Experience with REST/SOAP integrations. Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery. Experience in ACLs, Script Includes, UI Actions, Catalog Items, and Workflows. Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and incident management processes. Positive communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Operations Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies Nice to Have Experience with GRC/IRM modules Knowledge of SIEM and vulnerability management tools Exposure to cloud security platforms (AWS/Azure) Location: Mumbai,Pune,Bengaluru,Chennai .
