Location: Hyderebad Type: Contract / Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM + ITAM Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions across IT Service Management and IT Asset Management modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in implementing ITSM processes and managing asset lifecycles, along with integrations and automation to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.Configure SLAs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.Implement and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and traditional workflows.Configure and manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).Implement end-to-end asset lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement).Ensure proper mapping between Assets and Configuration Items (CIs).Maintain and enhance CMDB structure and relationships.Work with Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure accurate CI data population.Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and duplicate records.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Integrate ServiceNow with procurement, inventory, and external asset systems.Ensure data synchronization and consistency across platforms.Automate ITSM and ITAM processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual tasks and optimizing workflows.Develop reports and dashboards for ITSM and ITAM metrics.Monitor SLA performance, asset utilization, and compliance status.Ensure data accuracy, normalization, and governance.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements.Follow best practices for update sets, version control, and deployments.Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong experience in ITSM modules and ITAM (HAM/SAM)Experience working on real-time implementations and support projectsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) RequiredITSM / ITAM Certification PreferredITIL Foundation Good to haveTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)Experience in ITAM (HAM, SAM, Asset lifecycle management)Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scriptingExperience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIsGood understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service MappingKnowledge of ACLs, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client ScriptsWe are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
