Oracle Ebs Functional Consultant (Greater Noida)

Job Responsibilities: - Act as the functional SME for Oracle EBS Order to Cash (O2C) and Configure to Order (CTO) business processes. - Work closely with business users to gather, analyse, and document requirements for order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and receivables. - Configure and support Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Receivables modules. - Define and maintain defaulting rules, workflows, and setup options within Order Management to meet business needs. - Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between EBS and external systems (CRM, manufacturing, or fulfilment). - Lead functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with production deployment and post-implementation support. - Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, and training materials for end-users. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within the O2C cycle. - Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. Qualification : - Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related. - Over 8 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or Consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite. - Solid hands-on experience in Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Inventory (INV), and Receivables (AR). - Deep understanding of Configure to Order (CTO) and Make to Order (MTO) processes. - Experience defining and maintaining defaulting rules and workflow configurations in Order Management. - Proven track record in integration design and testing across modules and third-party systems. - Experiencewith Oracle R12 or EBS 12.2.x environments. - Oracle certification or equivalent experience in EBS functional areas. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. .
