1.Role & responsibilities Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Understand client hiring requirements and recruitment targets. Support branch-level hiring and staffing activities. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieve recruitment and hiring targets within deadlines. Role & responsibilities Contact potential customers and explain loan products. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. Collect and verify necessary documents. Assist customers throughout the loan application process. Follow up with banks/NBFCs regarding loan approval status. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries. Preferred candidate profile Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Ability to work independently and in a team. Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and job portals. Solid organizational and time-management skills. .
