Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Business Intelligence & Dashboard Architecture a. Build, deploy, and maintain intuitive, interactive dashboards to track key sustainability performance indicators (KPIs) like carbon intensity, water usage, and diversity metrics 2. ETL Pipelines & Data Management a. Data Transformation: Design and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to merge decentralized sustainability data (e.g., spreadsheets, Axiom databases) b. Data Quality Assurance: Implement automated validation checks to identify data gaps, anomalies, or reporting inconsistencies before datasets hit production environments 3. Insight Translation & Strategic Reporting a. Data Storytelling: Support the drafting of the Sustainable Development Report by converting data realizations into explicit, concise narrative callouts and static graphics Key Skills Required: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or a related quantitative field. Intermediate expertise in Qlik Sense Solid understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills (joining tables, aggregating data, writing clean queries) Ability to communicate complex technical data architectures clearly to non-technical sustainability team members Preferred (Bonus Points): Prior exposure to or academic interest in ESG reporting frameworks (such as the GHG Protocol, GRI, or CSRD requirements) Mentorship: Dual mentorship from our Business Intelligence team and the Sustainability Reporting Head, offering exposure to both corporate tech architecture and sustainability strategy Preferred candidate profile .
