Role & responsibilities - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT workplace. - Strong knowledge and experience of Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. - Expertise in ServiceNows functionality, database structure, and APIs uses. - Technical proficiency in IAM technologies, including SailPoint, Delinea, HarshiCorp, Active Directory, UNIX, iSeries, databases. - Solid experience with Agile Scrum methodologies. - Demonstrated ability to document requirements effectively. - Excellent verbal, written and active listening skills with proven facilitation capabilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
