Remote Financial Planning and Analysis Manager+ Systems Admin

Segrera Associates is a growing organization seeking a Senior Finance Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance systems administration. This role involves collaborating with Finance, Accounting, IT, and operational leadership to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline planning processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport and coordinate annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processesServe as a functional administrator for enterprise planning and forecasting platformsPartner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and operational users to troubleshoot system issues and improve workflowsDrive automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and planning processesDevelop and maintain recurring financial reports, dashboards, and executive reporting packagesAssist with monthly close support, variance analysis, and operational reportingSupport financial data integrity, user maintenance, hierarchy updates, and reporting structures within planning systemsProvide training and support to finance users across the organizationSupervise and mentor junior finance staff while fostering a collaborative team environmentSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field8+ years of experience within FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or corporate financePrior experience supporting or administering financial planning/budgeting systems requiredAbility to bridge Finance and systems/IT teams to support process improvements and reporting enhancementsStrong analytical, reporting, and Excel skillsExperience with platforms such as Oracle PBCS/EPM, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, TM1, SAP BPC, or similar tools strongly preferredPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience working within large or multi-entity organizations is a plusBenefitsFully remote opportunityCollaborative and highly visible role within the Finance organizationOpportunity to influence process improvements and systems optimization initiativesCompany OverviewSegrera Associates is a recruiting and staffing agency that focuses on technology, accounting, finance and human resources sectors.
