Role: Disbursement Associate Experience : 1- 2 years About The Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive Abroad Remittance (Forex) to manage overseas tuition fee payments for students pursuing higher education abroad. The role also involves assisting students with essential post-loan financial products and services, including International Bank Accounts, Student Insurance, International SIM Cards, and other value-added solutions. The candidate will work closely with students, education loan counsellors, and partner teams to ensure smooth and timely international fee remittances while delivering a seamless post-loan experience. Key Responsibilities Contact students who have received education loan approvals and are eligible for abroad remittance services. Educate students about the international fee payment process and available payment options. Collect all required documents, including university fee invoices and payment-related details. Generate and share Flywire quotations/payment links and guide students throughout the remittance process. Obtain customer consent and coordinate international fee payments. Follow up with students to ensure timely completion of remittance transactions. Coordinate with internal teams and payment partners to resolve queries. Counsel students on International Bank Accounts, Student Insurance, International SIM Cards and other student financial solutions. Cross-sell relevant financial and value-added services. Required Skills Robust communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills. Excellent follow-up and relationship management. Understanding of international education and student requirements. Ability to work in a target-driven setting. Problem-solving and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. 12 years of experience in Forex, education loans, banking/financial services, or cross-selling.
