Corporate Communications & Events Executive (Pune Division)

Role Overview We are seeking a agile and creative Corporate Communications & Events Manager to plan and execute corporate events while managing corporate communications, company branding, and website content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, seminars, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless event execution. Draft official letters, business correspondence, announcements, invitations, and other corporate communication materials. Support company branding initiatives and coordinate marketing and promotional activities. Manage and update website content in coordination with the technical team. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and promotional materials. Prepare event budgets, schedules, reports, and presentations. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate with external service providers. Required Skills Strong event planning and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with strong letter drafting abilities. Experience in company branding and website content management. .
