Trip To Temples is committed to offering travelers a seamless, memorable connection to their spiritual roots. Role Description The Travel Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves consulting with prospective and existing travelers, understanding their spiritual travel needs, and recommending suitable pilgrimage packages and services. The specialist will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, prepare customized itineraries and quotations, and follow up to convert leads into bookings. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with operations and ticketing teams, and ensuring all travel arrangements are clearly communicated and confirmed. The role also includes contributing to sales promotions, building relationships with partners, and providing pre- and post-trip support to enhance customer satisfaction.
