The role involves interpreting policies, evaluating liability, and negotiating settlements while focusing on customer service and controlling loss expenses. Responsibilities Investigate and interpret policy as it pertains to the loss, evaluate liability, negotiate settlement or declination, and defend Farm Bureau insureds according to Farm Bureau insurance reputed company.
