Job Description Insurance Advisor Motor (Sales) (Remote) Position Summary As an Insurance Advisor Motor (Sales), you will be responsible for generating motor insurance sales by engaging with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and digital communication channels. You will provide professional insurance advice, prepare competitive quotations, and guide customers through the entire sales process to ensure a seamless experience and successful policy issuance.Working remotely, you are expected to maintain high productivity, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Proactively make outbound sales calls and effectively manage inbound customer enquiries related to motor insurance products.Understand customers' insurance requirements and recommend suitable motor insurance solutions based on their needs and budget. Prepare, present, and explain insurance quotations, policy benefits, exclusions, and coverage options to customers. Utilize strong sales, consulting, and negotiation skills to convert enquiries into successful policy sales.Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up consistently with customers on pending quotations and renewals to maximize conversion rates. Ensure accurate collection and verification of customer information and required with internal departments to facilitate policy issuance and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey, from initial contact to policy issuance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities in the company's CRM and other designated systems.Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the company. Stay updated on motor insurance products, underwriting guidelines, pricing, and market developments. Adhere to all company policies, compliance requirements, data confidentiality standards, and quality assurance guidelines.Maintain a professional remote working environment with reliable internet connectivity, ensuring availability during assigned working hours and participation in team meetings, coaching sessions, and training programs. Skills&Competencies; Strong sales and customer service orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Ability to build rapport and establish customer trust. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Qualifications&Experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Previous experience in motor insurance sales, insurance advisory, telesales, or a customer-facing sales role is preferred. Experience working in a target-driven sales environment. Familiarity with UAE motor insurance products and processes will be an added advantage.Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages will be considered an advantage. .
