Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead and manage end-to-end cutover planning, coordination, and execution for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large-scale Greenfield SAP implementations and driving successful transitions from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA with minimal business disruption. The SAP Cutover Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive cutover strategies, creating detailed cutover plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all technical and business readiness activities are completed before go-live. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, functional and technical consultants, infrastructure teams, testing teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution throughout the cutover process. Key Responsibilities Defining cutover governance, managing cutover checklists, tracking dependencies, mitigating risks, overseeing data migration readiness, coordinating mock cutovers, managing issue resolution, and monitoring critical activities during the go-live window. Ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders, providing regular status updates, and leading command center activities during hypercare and post-go-live support. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies, SAP Activate, release management, deployment planning, and project governance. Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations, Greenfield implementations, data migration, integration testing, and business continuity planning is highly desirable. Proven expertise in stakeholder management, risk assessment, conflict resolution, and decision-making under tight deadlines is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. SAP certifications and prior experience leading enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs will be considered an added advantage. (ref:hirist.tech) .
