LOFA India is a fast-growing apparel brand with a strong focus on B2B and Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) distribution across India. We partner with distributors, retailers, and agents to build a scalable national footprint supported by quality products and efficient supply chains. We are hiring a sales Manager B2B & MBO who will function as the national sales lead for the brand. This role is responsible for owning Pan-India sales performance, building and managing distributor & agent networks, driving MBO expansion, and leading the sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets. Note: Only candidates with Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities Own and drive Pan-India B2B & MBO sales strategy and executionBuild, appoint, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and sales agents nationwideExpand garment MBO and retail distribution channels across key marketsLead, guide, and mentor regional and field sales teamsSet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsIdentify new markets, territories, and high-potential business opportunitiesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and consumer demandTrack sales performance, forecasts, and MIS reporting for management reviewCoordinate closely with marketing, production, supply chain, and operations teamsEnsure strong distributor relationships, collections discipline, and channel profitabilityRequirements 5+ years of mandatory experience in Apparel / Garment B2B & MBO salesProven experience handling Pan-India distributor and agent networksStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale sales teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityWillingness to travel extensively across IndiaPay: 60,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
