Key Responsibilities In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that enables our Integrated Kidney Care nurses and staff to focus on patient care. Your daytoday duties will include, but are not limited to: Collecting, verifying, and accurately entering patient and clinical data into arenaflexs secure databases and the Medical Information System Technology (MIST) platform. Generating, formatting, and distributing reports, dashboards, and other informational materials for internal and external stakeholders. Participating in team meetings, virtual conferences, and ongoing training sessions to stay current on best practices and regulatory requirements. Adhering to arenaflexs policies, employment guidelines, and dataprivacy standards while handling confidential information with discretion. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify process improvements, streamline data workflows, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Providing backup support for other administrative functions as needed, ensuring continuity of operations during peak periods or staff absences. Maintaining meticulous records of data entry activities, audit trails, and quality control checks to support compliance and reporting requirements. Essential Qualifications To thrive in this position, candidates should demonstrate the following foundational qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in health administration or related fields is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct data inconsistencies quickly. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly, exercising sound judgment and discretion. Basic familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or willingness to master arenaflexs Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within the first 60 days of employment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with nurses, clinicians, and administrative staff. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following experiences will set you apart from other applicants: Prior experience in a medical or clerical administrative role, particularly within a kidney care or broader healthcare setting.
