Relationship Manager (Prime Loan) (Hyderabad)

Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented Relationship Manager Channel Sales / MSME Loans to drive business through DSA and connector networks. The role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, activating, and managing channel partners to source MSME loans, LAP, business loans, and secured lending cases. The ideal candidate should have strong local market knowledge, existing DSA relationships, and proven experience in achieving monthly sourcing and disbursement targets. Key Responsibilities - Acquire, onboard, and activate current DSAs, connectors, loan consultants, property consultants, and referral partners. - Drive sourcing of MSME loans, LAP, business loans, working capital loans, and secured lending products through channel partners. - Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and connectors to ensure consistent business flow. - Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets as per business plan. - Conduct regular market visits to identify new sourcing opportunities and competitor activity. - Train DSAs and connectors on product features, eligibility norms, documentation requirements, and policy updates. - Monitor DSA productivity, case quality, conversion ratios, and partner-level performance. - Work closely with credit, operations, and branch teams to ensure faster turnaround time and better customer experience. - Resolve partner issues related to case status, documentation, payout, rejection, and service delays. - Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements. .
