About the Role We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching, securing, and managing corporate sponsorships and brand partnerships for our events and properties. If you are a proactive communicator who enjoys building business relationships, pitching to decision-makers, and closing deals, this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career in B2B sales and partnership management. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and connect with potential corporate sponsors, brand managers, and marketing heads across key industries. Pitching & Presentations: Present compelling sponsorship proposals and value propositions to decision-makers via calls, meetings, and emails. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads and follow-ups systematically. Deal Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sponsorship packages, terms, and agreements to meet and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospective and onboarded sponsors to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure all pledged sponsor deliverables are executed seamlessly. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business (BBA), Commerce (B.Com.), Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Experience: 0 to 2 years in sales, business development, event sales, or client acquisition. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to pitch to corporate clients. Sales Drive: Goal-oriented mindset with high energy, persistence, and problem-solving ability. Tools Knowledge: Basic proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus. Availability: Must be able to join immediately or within 710 days.
