Designation: Senior Academic Counselor Locations: Kochi | Hyderabad | Chennai Industry: EdTech Work Days/Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM 7:00 PM We are Hiring for a leading EdTech company for Senior Academic Counselor- candidates with team-handling experience in academic counseling and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students on study abroad courses and recommend suitable solutions - Drive end-to-end sales, pitching, negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure - Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counselors; drive team KPIs - Train and coach team members to improve counseling and sales performance - Support team in closing high-value deals and handling escalations - Maintain CRM records of leads and conversions Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Solid sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills - Team leadership and people management - Target-driven and customer-centric approach Requirements: - 2-5 years of EdTech experience (mandatory) - Study Abroad experience is a Plus - Experience as Team Lead/Acting Team Lead with proven team management - Graduate in any discipline If you're looking to build a rewarding career in EdTech with strong growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you, join our team! .
