Team Leader Real Estate Sales (Channel Partner) We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in Channel Partner (CP) firms who can lead, inspire and build a high-performing sales team while driving consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Property Consultants. Drive sales performance, site visits, client meetings and deal closures. Monitor daily KPIs, pipeline, conversions and team productivity. Coach team members through regular training and performance reviews. Build strong relationships with developers and business partners. Support negotiations and ensure successful deal closures. Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy and process compliance. Recruit, onboard and develop future sales talent. Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives. Contribute towards startup research, competitor analysis, market intelligence and expansion opportunities. What We're Looking For 58 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales. Minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience. Prior experience in a Channel Partner (CP) firm is mandatory. Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Experience handling premium residential projects is preferred.
