Job Title: Accounts Professor Grades XI & XII Organization: Vatsalya Jr. College Location: Undri, Pune 411060 Hiring Partner & Management Support: TecWithAmey Job Description Vatsalya Jr. College is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Accounts Professor to teach Accountancy to students of Grades XI & XII. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who can explain accounting concepts clearly, develop strong conceptual understanding, and prepare students for their academic examinations. Key Responsibilities Teach Accountancy to students of Grades XI & XII.Prepare and deliver structured, concept-based, and engaging lectures.Explain accounting concepts, principles, journal entries, ledger, trial balance, final accounts, partnership accounts, and other syllabus topics effectively.Guide students in solving numerical problems and developing strong accounting skills.Conduct regular tests, assignments, practice sessions, and doubt-solving sessions.Prepare students for school/board examinations through proper revision and examination-oriented practice.Monitor student performance and provide timely academic feedback.Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support where required.Maintain a disciplined, positive, and engaging classroom environment.Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus completion, assessments, and student progress.Maintain proper records of academic progress and syllabus completion.Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting or a related field.Strong knowledge of the XI & XII Accountancy curriculum.Good understanding of accounting concepts and numerical problem-solving.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple and understandable manner.Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve academic excellence.Prior teaching/coaching experience will be an advantage.Freshers with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.Location: Vatsalya Jr. College, Undri, Pune 411060 Apply now and become a part of Vatsalya Jr. College!
