Project Manager Food and Beverage Market

Job Description:Ensure interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, and customersResponsible for organizational, leadership, communication, management, and problem-solving skills on projectsMonitor and report on the financial status of projects and manage subcontract/contract administrationDevelop job progress schedule to ensure construction parallels with the schedulePurchase and monitor delivery of needed materials ensuring optimum prices and qualityNegotiate contracts with trade partners and vendors, eliminating scope gap and limiting project riskReview and approve trade partner and vendor payment requestsEvaluate change order requests from trade partnersWork with design and engineering teams to ensure projects are designed/procured/constructed within operating guidelinesPrepare and present various reports for project management including monthly red files, progress analysis/schedules, billings, status reports, etc.Organize and maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflowReview shop drawings and submittals for compliance with scopeResponsible for estimating efforts relative to projects and proposal preparationRequirements:Minimum of eight years of experience in construction managementTechnical knowledge and experience supporting projects in a Project Manager II role or equivalentPreference for candidates with a bachelors degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture)Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and innovative programs/softwareEnergetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environmentPassion for collaboration and professional developmentBenefits:This role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipOvertime will be requiredTravel will be required .
