Job Description (JD) HT/LT Panel Sales & Technical Executive Company Name: Parul Technochem Limited Location: Jaipur & Reengus, Rajasthan Open Positions: 3 Salary: As Per Interview Experience: 15 Years (HT/LT Panel Industry Preferred) Job Summary Parul Technochem Limited is looking for a dynamic HT/LT Panel Sales & Technical Executive who can generate business opportunities, understand electrical panel drawings, coordinate installations, and provide technical support to customers. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HT/LT Panels, electrical systems, panel manufacturing processes, and site execution activities. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development - Generate new business opportunities for HT/LT Electrical Panels. - Visit industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. - Meet consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial clients. - Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, and follow-up with customers. - Convert inquiries into purchase orders and achieve sales targets. - Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop recent clients. Technical Responsibilities - Read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD), GA Drawings, and Control Schematics. - Understand HT Panels, LT Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD Panels, DG Synchronization Panels, and Distribution Boards. - Discuss technical requirements with customers and consultants. - Coordinate with design and estimation teams for project execution. - Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations. Installation & Site Coordination - Monitor panel installation and commissioning activities. - Ensure proper cable termination and panel connections. - Coordinate with site engineers, electricians, and project teams. - Verify panel alignment, earthing, busbar connections, and safety standards. - Support testing and commissioning activities. - Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions. Project Coordination - Coordinate between client, design, production, and dispatch teams. - Track project progress and delivery schedules. - Ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction. - Prepare project status reports and sales reports. Required Knowledge & Skills - Strong knowledge of HT/LT Electrical Panels. - Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics. - Knowledge of Panel Manufacturing and Installation Process. - Understanding of Electrical Components: - ACB, MCCB, MCB - VCB, SF6 Breakers - Contactors, Relays - VFD, Soft Starter - CT, PT - Busbar Systems - APFC Controllers - Knowledge of Electrical Safety Standards and Testing Procedures. - Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle customer meetings independently. Educational Qualification - Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering. - Any relevant technical qualification in Electrical Field. Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in HT/LT Panel Sales & Technical Support. - Ability to understand electrical drawings and site execution. - Experience in industrial electrical projects. - Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections. Additional Advantage - Experience in Panel Manufacturing Industry. - Knowledge of Testing, Commissioning, and Troubleshooting of HT/LT Panels. - Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical Drawings and BOQ preparation.
