About the Role We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Enterprise Software Sales Executive to spearhead the expansion of our Sage X3 implementation and consulting services across the United States market. In this role, you will target mid-to-large manufacturing, distribution, and food & beverage enterprises, guiding them away from rigid legacy systems and positioning our specialized Sage X3 deployment expertise. If you have a hunter mindset, deep enterprise software sales experience, and a strong grasp of ERP solutions, this is an opportunity to drive high-value deals with a proven track record of enterprise success. Key Responsibilities - Drive New Business: Build and execute a strategic outbound prospecting plan to identify, engage, and close enterprise-level prospects (C-level, VP of Supply Chain, CFOs, IT Directors) across the US market. Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales pipeline from initial cold outreach and discovery to product demonstrations, proposal generation, contract negotiation, and smooth handoff to the implementation team.Value-Based Positioning: Effectively articulate the distinct operational advantages of Sage X3-such as advanced batch processing, supply chain visibility, and rapid deployment-over traditional tier-one ERPs.Leverage Social Proof: Utilize our proven delivery credentials to build immediate credibility with prospective buyers.Forecast & Collaborate: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM, partnering closely with technical pre-sales and delivery leadership to scope custom client requirements. Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: 3-8+ years of B2B enterprise software or ERP sales experience, with a proven history of selling complex solutions (Sage, SAP, NetSuite, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics) into the US middle market. Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, or process/food & beverage industry workflows (inventory control, lot traceability, supply chain mechanics).Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed annual quotas and build a robust, self-generated pipeline.Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills-comfortable leading high-stakes virtual pitches and executive-level discovery sessions.Self-Starter: Ability to thrive in a remote, dynamic environment with minimal oversight. .
