Who we are looking to hire: We are looking for an experienced Director Sales to drive enterprise sales across the European market. Based in Noida, this role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, expanding strategic relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate brings 1015 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise customers in Europe. Key responsibilities Enterprise sales & business development - Own and deliver current business revenue targets across the European market. - Identify, engage, and acquire enterprise customers through a consultative sales approach. - Build and execute territory and account plans to drive sustainable pipeline growth. - Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term engagements. Strategic account management - Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts. - Develop account expansion strategies to maximize long-term customer value. - Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and growth. Pipeline & forecasting - Build, manage, and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline. - Ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene. - Drive disciplined prospect management and sales execution throughout the customer lifecycle. Cross-functional collaboration - Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create winning customer solutions. - Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives. - Represent Rate Gain at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across Europe. Education & experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. - 1015 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, Travel Tech, Hospitality Tech, or B2B technology. - Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions to customers across Europe. - Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas. - Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with large enterprise organizations. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. Knowledge & skills - Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales methodologies and consultative selling. - Deep knowledge of the European travel, hospitality, or technology ecosystem is preferred. - Excellent negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers. - Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and other modern sales tools. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
