Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager Rental Sales to drive business growth across the Odisha, with a focus on Bhubaneshwar and nearby industrial areas. The candidate will be responsible for expanding rental business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing market penetration in key industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute rental sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the assigned region. Explore and cover industrial markets in and around Tirunelveli including construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Manage the complete rental sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collections. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Conduct regular client visits and site inspections to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) for smooth execution. Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review. Key Requirements: 4 8 years of experience in rental sales. Experience in rental sales of industrial equipment such as AWP, MEWP, construction equipment, material handling equipment, power tools, or gensets. Solid knowledge of AWP (Aerial Work Platforms) and MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) is mandatory. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand business in a region. Willingness to travel extensively across South Tamil Nadu. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
