Desired Candidate Profile - 24 years of software application development experience using Microsoft technologies. - Strong hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core and C# development. - Experience in developing web applications using Blazor; equivalent experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered as an alternative. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration services. - Hands-on experience with distributed systems, messaging patterns, and Azure Service Bus. - Proficiency in MS SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. - Solid grasp of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns. - Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable AI platforms is a plus. - Proficiency with Git-based source control systems. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills - Exposure to Azure Cloud Services, Azure AI Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native application development. - Experience in AI-assisted workflow automation and intelligent business applications. - Exposure to AI agents, chatbot development, or enterprise AI integrations. - Experience with Telerik UI components for Blazor or other modern UI frameworks. - Experience working with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or Cursor. - Experience writing test cases using NUnit. .
