Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist (7-8 years experience) with strong expertise in end-to-end enterprise sales for eLearning, corporate training, digital learning, or L&D services, especially across US and global markets. An Individual Contributor (IC) role with a proven track record of carrying revenue targets upward of 500K USD. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to client meetings, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closures in an individual capacity. This role requires a highly driven sales professional who can independently build pipelines, engage enterprise stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. The role also involves leveraging AI-powered sales automation tools and modern outbound sales strategies to identify opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and expand AIMS Digitals global client base. This is an individual contributor role suited for candidates who thrive in consultative selling, relationship management, and enterprise client acquisition. We are looking for professionals with strengths in: End-to-end enterprise sales Client meetings and consultative selling Revenue generation and closures US market business development Building strong HR / L&D stakeholder relationships Pipeline ownership and strategic account management Existing client relationships and exposure to US enterprise clients will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise sales across global markets, with major focus on the US market. Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, outreach, client meetings, proposal discussions, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures. Engage CHROs, L&D Heads, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to understand learning and training requirements. Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline independently. Identify opportunities for custom eLearning development, instructional design, digital content solutions. Use AI-powered sales automation platforms (Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Clay, Reply.io, etc.) to identify, research, and qualify prospects. Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone communication. Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights with leadership teams. Required Qualifications 7- 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or B2B consultative selling. Mandatory experience in eLearning, corporate training, digital learning, or L&D services sales. Strong exposure to US market sales and experience engaging with international enterprise clients. Proven track record of handling end-to-end sales cycles and enterprise closures independently. Hands-on experience with AI-driven sales automation tools and CRM systems. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of outbound sales and enterprise sales strategies.
