Position: Head Financial Institutions Affinity Partnership Location: Mumbai Industry: Insurance Broking / BFSI Experience: 515 Years Coverage: West Region (Maharashtra & Gujarat) Mandatory Role Overview We are hiring a strategic leader to drive Financial Institution Affinity Partnerships across Banks, NBFCs, Small Finance Banks, Microfinance Institutions, and FinTechs. The role will focus on building scalable distribution alliances and driving embedded insurance growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and build strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, MFIs, FinTechs & Financial Institutions Identify, onboard, and scale new partners to expand insurance distribution channels Drive bancassurance & embedded insurance business models Conceptualize and launch customized insurance products: Credit Life Loan Protection Group Health Personal Accident MSME Insurance Own end-to-end partnership lifecycle: Prospect identification Commercial negotiations Product development Compliance & legal Technology/API integration Go-live & scale-up Collaborate with insurers for product innovation aligned with lending ecosystem Drive API integrations, CRM enablement, and digital onboarding journeys Monitor performance, revenue, and profitability across partnerships Build robust CXO-level relationships across partner organizations Required Skills Solid experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Institution partnerships Expertise in Bancassurance / Embedded Insurance Strategic alliances & commercial negotiation skills Product development in insurance domain End-to-end program/project management Knowledge of IRDAI regulations & distribution models Strong stakeholder management (CXO level) Exposure to API integrations, CRM, digital platforms Leadership, communication & presentation skills Qualifications Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred) 515 years in Insurance/BFSI partnerships Proven track record in financial institution tie-ups Strong network across Banks/NBFCs is preferred. .
